  • How do I buy tickets to individual concerts?
You can purchase tickets online or by contacting the Boulder Phil office at 303-449-1343 ext. 2 (hours are generally Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).
  • Can I purchase tickets at Macky Auditorium or do I need to call the box office?
Tickets are available for purchase at Macky Auditorium on the evenings of performances, beginning at 6:15 p.m. However these tickets do not get pulled until the majority of tickets are sold. Good seats are not guaranteed, and the only discounts that will be honored at Macky are the $5 student tickets.
  • What discounts are available?
The Boulder Phil offers $5 tickets to our classical concerts for children K-12 (with a paid adult ticket) and college students with valid ID (rush tickets only). Not valid for Nutcracker, Cirque de la Symphonie, or pops programs. We also offer a 50% discount to first-time subscribers and a 20% discount for groups of 10 or more. For more information, please call (303) 449-1343, ext. 2.
  • What if I've lost my tickets?
In the event you lose your tickets, please contact us immediately to arrange replacements. If you find your tickets missing on the day of the performance and the Boulder Phil offices are closed, please arrive at Will Call at least 45 minutes prior to the start time to have your tickets re-issued.
  • What if I can't make a concert?
In the event you are unable to attend a concert, simply contact us to exchange for a ticket to another concert in the season. We must receive your ticket(s) at the Boulder Phil offices no later than 24 hours prior to the concert you are unable to attend. For season subscribers, we gladly waive the $5 ticket exchange fee. Many subscribers like to utilize this free exchange option to trade tickets for a performance they can't make for extra tickets to another concert and invite a friend. All exchanges are subject to availability and any applicable price difference. All ticket sales are non-refundable.
  • Can I donate back any unused tickets?
In the event you are unable to attend a concert, you also have the option of donating your tickets for resale. You will receive a receipt stating that the total face value of your ticket purchase has been converted into a tax-deductible donation, provided we receive your ticket(s) at the Boulder Phil offices no later than 24 hours prior to the concert. Several performances sold out last season, so your assistance helps ensure that no seat goes empty!
  • When does Will Call open?
The Will Call office opens at 6:15 p.m. and is located in the front lobby of Macky Auditorium.
