David Crowe is Principal Bass with the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, the Colorado ballet Orchestra, and Opera Colorado. He is also a member of the Baroque Chamber Orchestra of Colorado, the Colorado Music Festival, and the Colorado Bach Ensemble. His background covers a wide range of musical styles and repertoire from jazz to rock and beyond. In addition to performing, he is interested in teaching and is Instructor of Double Bass at Metro State University of Denver. David received his Masters in Double Bass Performance from the University of Colorado. When not performing he can be found running the trails and back roads around Boulder.
